STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy for the most majority of our products. You can choose either an exchange or refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs for your return. Products over *$2,500 (*item price) are subject to re-stocking fee ranging from 10% to 25% based on the product manufacturer's return policy. Please contact us at 1-888-822 3336 to confirm the return policy on the particular product that you are willing to purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

• We do not accept returns or cancellations for special ordered items.
• We do not accept returns for replacement parts for any reason other than an error on our part.
• Heavy equipment such as certain industrial ultrasonic cleaners are not returnable in any condition.
• Detergents are not returnable in any condition.

Orders that are already shipped can not be cancelled. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund credit.
