Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The majority of the products listed on our website ship from manufacturer's warehouses in brand new condition with full manufacturer's warranty. For this reason, if the item you order is available at manufacturer, we do our best to have it shipped within a few days. However sometimes manufacturer's may not have the product in stock and shipping these products may be subject to extended lead time. If you have urgency, we advise you to contact us by email ( or by phone at 1-888-822 3336 to confirm the lead time and then make your purchase accordingly. Certain products are kept in our own stocks all the time and these products usually ship in the same day depending on the time your order is received. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another notification with your carrier and tracking number. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship domestic orders (continental US only) with UPS or Fedex Ground service. If you need to expedite your shipment, please contact us first to verify the product availability so we can get you the shipping quote accordingly. Please check our shipping rates HERE

In-store pickup

Unfortunately we do not offer in-store pick up. 

International Shipping

Our website is setup for international shipping only for Canada which is by UPS or Fedex standard. We do however also ship all around the world. Please contact us for pricing, payment and shipping information. We will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.  

Duties and Taxes for International Orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches to your destination country. - Asteria, Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order on our website at Track your Order! 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Since UPS or Fedex do not ship to PO boxes, please provide a physical address when you are placing your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We offer a 14 day (after delivery) return policy for most of our products. You can choose either an exchange or refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs for your return. Your returned item MUST BE in brand new and resalable condition to be eligible for refund. Products over *$2,500 (*item price) are subject to re-stocking fee ranging from 10% to 25% based on the product manufacturer's return policy. Please contact us at 1-888-822 3336 to confirm the return policy on the particular product that you are willing to purchase.


  • We do not accept returns or cancellations for special ordered items.
  • We do not accept returns for replacement parts for any reason other than an error on our part.
  • Heavy equipment such as large industrial ultrasonic cleaners are not returnable in any condition.
  • Detergents are not returnable in any condition.

Orders that are already shipped can not be cancelled. You may refuse the order upon delivery, in which case the standard return policy for the item will apply, and we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund credit.

Will I be taxed for my purchase? - Asteria, Inc is required by law to collect NY State sales tax (8.625%) for orders that are being shipped to NY STATE addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to other states. However certain manufacturers of the products on our store have operations in multiple states. When we drop ship to one of those states, we are also obligated to collect sales tax for those states as well. We will send you an email with a separate invoice attached for sales tax for such orders before we process it. If you are a tax exempt institution or a re-seller and you need to have your tax to be waived, then please send us your tax exemption/resale certificate via email to OR by fax to 631-995 5241. We will waive your sales tax as soon as your tax exemption/resale certificate is received.
